Be ready for the first joint staff training event by Hi-tech Youth Work

From 19 July 2017 to 24 July 2017, the first joint staff training event of the project will be held in Kaunas, Lithuania. What does it mean? Well, 3 participants (youth workers and volunteers) from each partner organization will participate to a training session on the topic of the use of social and digital media for communication pourposes, management issues and as a vehicle for educational games in youth organizations. The training event is organized by Asociacija "Aktyvus jaunimas" but each partner organization will participate to the learning process preparing a 20 min. activity for the rest of the groups on digital tools for communication within organisation, for tasks management, for learning / training / selfdevelopment and tools for getting funding.
After the training event, the participants will apply the learned competences in their organization at a local level!
